It's Sunday, August 15th and this is hot off the press, as they say.

Newtown Farms Air Force One was Senior Champion at the Illinois State Fair. That is seven shows for AFO this year and he's been in the purple (rosette) every show. Lary Duncan judged the state fair show.

TRIR was second in a class of nine 36 months and older does. She's been out four times this year with a first and reserve champion, two seconds and a third.

Newtown Farms Nikki was fifth in the state fair's largest class - the 3-6 mos. doe class - and we believe she'll do great next year as a yearling doe.

We have some young does and bucks for sale at the farm now...several have show points. We can work you up a package deal with two or three Dura-Maxx does and an Air Force One buck. All have AGBA points.

Saturday and Sunday, June 25th and 26th, we were at the Henry County Fair. The Saturday show was judged by Sherri Stephens so a report on that show would be useless.

Sunday, under Doug Glosser, Air Force One was the senior division champion; Southwinds V-14 was second in the aged doe class and Newtown Farms Hudson was fourth in the 3-6 buck class.

At the Windy City Classic in Joliet, Air Force One was the Senior Division champion; Vendetta was second to a Dave Thomas yearling in the 12-16 class; Newtown Farms Hudson was third in the 0-3 buck class.

Then in Owensville, Ohio on June 21st, Newtown Farms Hudson was first in his 3-6 buck class and reserve Junior Champion under Wes Hallman; Air Force One kept piling up the points with the Senior Division Championship under Hallman.
